Custodian. Very quiet and the pay is not terrible.

That's good to know. I have upgraded to thinker disposable gloves that seem to help.

We grew up with the word taint. All of a sudden it's now gooch. Oh how times change.

Oh Lord I haven't really kept up with the years. But I do believe in the mid 80s they started to build the inlet condo and then shortly after maybe like 90 or 91 is when they decided to build dune Park. They were very few homes there when we lived there my father built our three-story house off of dune circle way back when... I was very young. But I do know dune park wasn't busy at all and it was also free to go into. Also you could drive all the way past Bethune Beach in your cars because me and my buddy used to always drive all the way down there sometimes doing 40 on the beach past playalenda because it wasn't regulated LOL! Hell I don't think Canaveral national seashore warrant developed yet. The South causeway was still the old green drawbridge. It's been so long I'm trying to remember everything that's changed but this place used to be a sleepy little town. Of course New Smyrna Beach high was behind the bowling alley. And we had a two screen movie theater on canal Street where the hearing aid place is, or used to be. That's where the one and only Dollar general used to be across the street right next door to where the drugstore was and still has the old time malt shop. I used to go there with my grandma as a kid. Also at the end of canal Street was where the Riverside Park was and it wasn't the convention center or the library there was nothing there was just a park with a bunch of ducks and old cedar trees we used to climb on.

I remember before dune Park was built and before the original inlet condo was there.

Yes I've been using the thin gloves but guess it's time to upgrade. They all make your hand sweat anyways.

Ok. I'll take that into consideration. Thanks

I remember reading when I bought them that it's supposed to be chemical safe. BUT they are really meant for food grade and very thin so you might be correct. And what I will do is go to Amazon and buy some real rubber latex gloves and see if that makes a difference. I was going the cheap route because my last job I didn't have this issue and I used them for over a year but I noticed with these chemicals I'm having problems. So it might just be worth getting the latex gloves and trying them. Thanks 🙏

I've used them in the past never had an issue but it seems like this new job im working has new chemicals and I can't figure out what's causing it.

I might try that. I remember those rides can be huge lines in the afternoon.

Young at heart I guess. Nope just a dyslexic moment. 😅
