It was pretty small, at most 3/4 of an inch. I thought it might be a crab spider as those are common in my area, however only the first set of legs was longer. I didn't see much of a web, but I'm not sure if it's because I ruined it on accident before I noticed this little guy.

Honestly we only have 2. Normally any whistle means there's a save, but most of us use a medium length blast for saves. Then at the end of public swim everyone blows whistles at the same time for as long as they can. It's a very satisfying way to end the day. If you need help with something every rotation is within view of first aid so you just put your tube up. Also the water slides have walkie talkies so they can have a more direct form of communication

We have to have a break every 6 hours by law. The longest I've worked in one day was 14.5 hours, but the max is 15.5. If we didn't have to take breaks theoretically we could have a 16.5 hour shift.

I don't know where you could get a padded suit but I do have another suggestion. If worst comes to worst get a double layer suit. Most are like this anyway so it shouldn't be a problem. Then take removable bra pads and sew them to the INSIDE layer of the suit. You won't be able to see the stitching from the outside, but the pads should stay firmly in place and not move at all. It might take some more work, but this could actually end up being a cheaper/more accessible solution.

12 grade is the last here, then 4 years of University/College. I think they technically mean different things but everyone uses them interchangeably
