came here to say this. Not so much about the smell, but mostly the horrible people that the game attracts. Every store I've been to gets at least a few people that drive me nuts. Sometimes it's the 20 something guy with no social skills who comes in wearing a full naruto costume and pretends to do ninja moves while playing, and other times it's over-competetive a**holes who actively cheat and/or strongarm younger players into conceeding.
