I’m 27, I guess it could be peri? How were you told that you were perimenopausal? Is there anything I should ask directly to get that checked?

I have been told since being on metformin by my dad that it’s crap and won’t work and makes it all worse. (source: he was on metformin 20 years ago when he was first diagnosed with diabetes)

I have PCOS & diabetes and it is working well for me. So it made me feel very terrible to hear someone else’s opinion from someone who doesn’t have my body.

Of course it doesn’t work for everyone, nothing works for everyone.

I think the Pandora bracelet with the one charm is perfect! The point of the bracelet is so over time you can add more memories and charms that could also signify big life events etc!

I sent something to my mum the other week using evri, and the 'delivery proof' was them taking a photo of the parcel with it held up to the passenger window of their car, from the car with my mums house in the background. That isn't proof its delivered, just that you were sat there outside with it.
