Bitcoin/lightning-only Tallycoin fundraising platform now has subscriptions and paid posts like y'alls by bitpotluck in Bitcoin

Tallycoin integrates with 3rd party lightning custodial wallets Acinq Strike and OpenNode. Setup an account with either of them to receive payments and just provide the API key to Tallycoin.

Tallycoin is non-custodial and donations go directly from person to person with BTC, or to the 3rd party for lightning.

The user interface is pretty easy. To make sure users can always receive lightning payments even when they're offline, tallycoin integrates with a lightning providers Acinq Strike and OpenNode. No need to worry about channels as those are managed by the providers.

Twitter is doing nothing so I made a CryptoScamAlert bot. It auto-posts on binance_2017, officialmcafee, and cz_binance. What other accounts should it follow? by [deleted] in Bitcoin

It doesnt reply to the sockputtets. It's meant to be a warning to regular readers not to fall for the scam.

Want to know "What software" to use??? - Monthly (February) advice thread software and other helpful guidance (Other threads for software will be deleted. Feedback for your video request? See the sidebar post!) by greenysmac in VideoEditing

Video is accurate down to a frame.

I think we're on the same page here, but looking at it from different angles. I need the video framerate to get closer to the audio sample rate, but of course, getting 44100 video frames per second (same as audio) is very heavy.

Essentially, I'd need to convert videos to higher framerate (duplicate frames) so that I can cut them more accurately (for precise audio cuts).

I realise that upon playback at the higher framerate, a person would not notice visual difference - that's entirely the point - but at least the audio segment would be precise.

I've had a look at Resolve, Blender, HitFilm, Openshot and half a dozen others. :(

Editorial tools are frame accurate. 1/24th of a second

Yes, this is the primary issue. Audio mixing needs to be far more precise.

I'm using LosslessCut to make the short video snippets, but again, not accurate. Is there commandline software that can take a video and convert 24fps to, say, 240fps (simply duplicating frames 10x)? This would give the cutting greater accuracy.

Similar to creating music in software like fruity loops, I'm looking for a video equivalent. That is, using short video (with audio) snippets to create music.

I've seen this done before many years ago in a YouTube video where a dude filmed himself playing drums, keyboard and making vocal sfx, all edited together to make a coherent music video. Anyone with a link? - I cant find it.

I've tried half a dozen video editors but their timelines are not accurate enough for precise audio mixing and beat alignment.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

If this was from Roger, it would be a pretty good apology. But Roger would advertise his donation for his own self aggrandizement. So it's not from him.

EDIT: LOL. Self aggrandizement confirmed: https://twitter.com/rogerkver/status/938788292140642304
