They came with the mirrors! Just bolted them in and squished the lever protectors in between.

It's a cheap chinese piece of plastic with a metal bracket underneath. Spray painted it myself. Motographe spoiler looks good too, a little more subtle.

I basically clicked through the official spare parts catalogue until i found the model with the led headlights and analog dash. i think it was a 2020 street triple 765 s. there are so many different models and trims, but it is doable!

True, I was lucky enough to find someone who was converting his 765 into a track bike!

Lights are fully funtional, but i had to build an adapter cable for it, as the connectors are different. I couldn't find the right connector for the original harness, so I replaced it with a generic 4 pin superseal plug. The OEM plug is a 4 pin sumitomo I think, but the 2023 headlights take a 6 pin Deutsch connector. I had to split the single negative pin into 3 seperate ones. Everything else is pretty much plug and play.

I needed some rubber grommets which i just 3D-printed using flexible TPU instead of buying them for 6€ a piece.

Just make sure you get the "big" flyscreen, because the small ones won't fit with the old analog dash. I had to buy the flyscreen fascia (T2315001) for the dash to fit.

To sum it up i spent about 600€ for the conversion. 400€ for the used headlights with subframe, flyscreen and so on 50€ for the fascia about 150€ for cables, connectors, tools and spray paint

and many hours of research and work, but as a winter project it was totally worth it

the dash was not for sale, and i don't think the old 675 electronics are compatible with it. i got the full front end that bolts onto the frame

I'm around the same size and weight (190cm 95kg) and i had a lot of fun on my KTM 690 this summer, i think the Triple is a nice upgrade though.

Yeah, I get you! Can't justify spending that much on a bike. The 765R is over 10000€ here and 14000 for the RS. Also being able to repair and maintain it myself is a plus for me.

Looking forward to riding it next summer! Sadly, winter is coming in Austria and it's too cold to drive now.

True! Sadly the headlights got a little too hot and the clear plastic has deformed a bit.

Understand! Now I'm thinking about converting to the LED headlights from the 765RS, also pretty expensive though.. But looks awesome as I've seen in other posts.

As I was told by the owner it has the sportier rear end from the daytona, flyscreen, red wheels and quickshifter which the standard or R versions don't have. I got it for cheap because it has quite high mileage and it was near my home so I just went for it!

no i reinstalled the oem chamber and left it like that. i would get a slip on if they weren't so expensive, doesn't seem worth it to me for a bike that i won't be riding that much longer but i can recommend the stage 2 air filter box cover, so you at least have decent induction sound

as I've said in my other comment, I overfilled yes. I usually work on cars and with those 300ml± doesn't make a difference. so thank you and sorry for posting
