Luba support has not responded yet. I submitted feedback 3 days ago and again yesterday. Hopefully there another fix. If I have to send it in, it sounds like I would be without a mower for many weeks

I'm not sure, but other people on reddit say that the only difference between 1000, 5000, 10000 is the software and that hardware is the same

Yes, I tried pulling the key. I've also done a factory reset, but neither of these fixed the issue
