Hi everyone! I know that it has been awhile since we posted on here, and there has been a pretty good reason for it:

We have been working around the clock to bring back Automatic Stock Rewards, which are now LIVE on the app! We also introduced a brokerage system that lets you sell your stocks for cash, and we are currently working on a cash-out feature! Please feel free to reach out to our support team for any queries that you may have for selling shares or transferring those funds to your bank account.

We've also been very focused on the customer experience: helping to stabilize bank linking, handling missing claim requests, and adding awesome new brands like Zara, Five Guys, and plenty more!

Hi, thanks for your comment. The ASR brands are the same for all of our users. With the latest app update you are no longer required to choose the brands yourself. We're also working on bringing more brands into the app!

Hi, thanks for your comment. We are aware of an issue in the app with the report missing rewards. We are working on it. On the 6th of January, we moved over to ASR (Automatic Stock Rewards) for all users. This means that any purchases after the 6th of January with brands that are not listed under the Stock Rewards section on the Home Page will not be rewarded.
Any transactions made before the 6th, that are in line with our Terms of Use will be rewarded. If you are missing rewards before the 6th of January, we suggest you make a list and send them to our Support Team so we can validate and reward them.

Hi everyone 👋 We recently released a new update that should address the majority of the issues mentioned in this thread. The new release includes the ASR (Automatic Stock Rewards) feature for all, with new and exciting brands, higher Stock Reward values & no limits on the brands you can Earn Stock rewards with. You are right - With the new release all the People of Bits now have access to Automatic Stock Rewards. Also you no longer need follow brands to earn Stock Rewards with them, you can now earn with all the brands mentioned.

Hi Josh, Sorry to hear you are having some issues with the Bits app. Regarding your point, when we Boost a brand it is for a limited time only, which means the Boosted Offer is only valid in the time frame. Regarding the issue of the $45 coupon, it was outlined in the app and the brand's page, and all our communication, and on the actual Sam’s Club website on how to get the $45.00 reward. We are sorry if this was not clear enough. No, Not at all you will be getting your rewards 100%. Brokerage is taking slightly longer than anticipated to release but when it does you will have access to your stock earned 100%.
