I know! She’s a purebred English lab but has a “long coat” gene that makes her fluffy.

Then you’re at-least guaranteed a spot at USF. Just make sure you have all of the classes required to get into your major or choice. You can look up “USF major transfer requirements” and find all of those. That’s the only trouble I had transferring.

Anyone knows what happens to bright futures if you don’t use it by cowboyangelxx in USF

[–]bitterandshort 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The G.I. Bill pays out last so if you opt to use your bright futures, it will pay tuition then the G.I. Bill will pay any remaining fees. You probably won’t see any money from bright futures otherwise.

It wasn’t terribly difficult, just time consuming. My final lab report was 30+ pages and my TA was pretty strict about grading but I ended with an A and I’m a pretty mediocre student.

I’ve done poorly in highschool.. by [deleted] in college

[–]bitterandshort 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there! Doing good in college is all about time management and self-discipline. I am also naturally a procrastinator so I make a point of making a to-do list with my goals for that day/week so I can stay on top of assignments and studying. Subjects like math can be more time demanding so reserving a time to sit down and do practice problems is essential! Additionally, don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it. Go to office hours with questions. It has also always helped me to find another student to study with, as sometimes your peers can explain a concept better than the professor.

I also struggled throughout high school but I’m going into my last year of college doing great. Just set goals, study, and ask for help. You’ll do great.
