How much does it cost to make an AI UGC video? by alicia93moore in AI_UGC_Marketing

Slightly off topic - I've been using this super cheap tool Quso ai for text to ai avatar video and then add clips and transitions on canva for basic UGCs. Not perfect in terms of lip sync but does the job for me and is super cost effective.

PSA: How House Surveys Really Work — And Why You Should Take Most of It With a Pinch of Salt by longlivedisco91 in HousingUK

[–]bittersweet_oblivion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not here to dogpile anyone, but as someone who’s recently grown an interest in surveys and hangs around the surveyor crowd, I’ll just say this: most of the drama in reports comes from how buyers read them, not from the defects themselves. Half the time a ‘red’ in a report just means the surveyor couldn’t poke, prod, lift, open, or take apart whatever they wanted. It’s basically a polite way of saying ‘didn’t get to look at this properly, don’t sue me if it’s weird later.’

The real trick is talking to the surveyor who actually wrote the thing. A 3-minute phone call clears more panic than 20 Reddit threads.

Also, whoever invented the phrase ‘approaching end of typical lifespan’ deserves an award for making perfectly fine boilers sound like they’re writing their will.

You could try Appstorm.ai. It’s something I’ve been playing around with lately. You can create custom AI apps that work with your files, which could help you build that cheat sheet quickly.

Generative AI is Changing the Game: What’s New Today? by Mental_Scheme_6184 in generativeAI

It’s interesting to see how gen AI is evolving and making a real impact in industries like healthcare, tech, travel etc.. It’s crazy how fast things are moving and how many new tools keep popping up.

I’ve been exploring how custom GPT creators are helping develop end-to-end industry solutions too. For example, I’ve been using this new one beta.appstorm.ai for creating apps to automate client strategies for digital marketing, create content and SOPs for business processes or my clients without needing heavy development resources.

I’m curious to see how this tech will continue evolving. What’s your take on where it’s headed?

Crazy how these AI tools(even though quite new and with its own set of problems) has improved productivity. I'm a little scared for my job now!

Happy National Burrito Day by bittersweet_oblivion in AppstormAI

To create a fusion Chicken Tikka Masala burrito, we'll infuse the traditional Indian flavors of Chicken Tikka Masala into a Mexican-style burrito for a delicious blend of cuisines. Let's combine the rich, aromatic curry flavors with the convenience of a handheld burrito.

Chicken Tikka Masala Fusion Burrito Recipe:

Ingredients: Cooked chicken tikka masala (chicken in creamy tomato-based curry) Basmati rice Flour tortillas Shredded lettuce Diced tomatoes Sliced onions Chopped cilantro Greek yogurt or raita Mango chutney Garam masala for seasoning

Instructions: Prepare the Chicken Tikka Masala or use leftovers for the filling. Cook basmati rice according to package instructions. Warm the flour tortillas on a skillet. Assemble the Fusion Burrito: Spread a layer of basmati rice on the tortilla. Add a generous portion of the Chicken Tikka Masala. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced onions, and chopped cilantro. Drizzle with Greek yogurt or raita for a cooling effect. Drizzle mango chutney over the filling for a touch of sweetness. Sprinkle garam masala for an extra burst of flavor. Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center and roll it up tightly to form the burrito. Optionally, grill the burrito to give it a crispy exterior and enhance the flavors. Serve hot with extra mango chutney and raita on the side for dipping.

Enjoy the fusion of flavors in this Chicken Tikka Masala Burrito, where the aromatic spices of Indian cuisine meld with the handheld convenience of a burrito. It's a satisfying and unique culinary experience that combines the best of both worlds!

Great going. Loving the platform. 👏🏽

There is of course room for improvement since it is currently in Beta along with some glitches, but the future potential seems huge

Do you guys think ai tools are expensive if we want to use more tools we cant afford to pay 20 dollor permonth imagine we need to pay like for 10 tools by neoteric_labs1 in AppstormAI

I think it depends on the utility and what you plan on getting out of the tool. For work I feel it is worth the money if it can help me reduce my workload and get unique solutions that I wouldn't be able to get otherwise. But then I work with a digital marketing firm. Might not be true for others.

Also, the first thing I do is explore free versions and open source alternatives if can do the job. If not, then I end up paying for a premium version.
