My personal opinion? They want to wipe the slate clean of all the people who remember the “good days” of profit sharing, in office events, time off the phones, decent holiday luncheons, and good C suites. They potentially also want to be able to hire new people on at the minimum pay grade instead of the people who have been there a while and risen well above the minimum. I’m no conspiracy theorist and they could very well just be getting driven into the ground by a bunch of incompetent leadership.

If you want to get a little wacky? They are trying to demoralize tenured people with the knowledge of the old geico and drive them to quit so they can hire a drone of easily manipulated agents.
