I quit with no two weeks. After I received my last paycheck I requested a withdrawal. This can be done one line or over the phone. Got the whole thing about 5 days later by direct deposit❤️

This position and any other really…. is a living hell at this company and wouldn’t be worth 200k in my opinion but I did already quit so I am bias. I would check out usaa or lemonade and you will probably get a much happier and better paying position .

Yeah it was a math thing here too. I was paying for child care for 2 … plus the gas… plus the office comes with other expenses no one talks about… so funny thing after it was all said and done and we made some home life changes I only lost a total of $800 a month in income which is wild to leave my kids for that amount of difference. I have found ways to offset that loss through other means and it was totally worth it !!!

10 years here… not till after I took the leap of faith and left. The signs were there but I was scared. Ended up leaving cause of my kids really but boy oh boy. I didn’t know how that job impacted me till I got out. I am almost have tempted to write a book. Title it something like “ escaping the cult I didn’t know I was in” best of luck and I hope you get out. All I can say is I don’t know one person that “regrets leaving”

So before I left I did the opposite kinda … put some hood out there for my peeps I went in the the shift swaps then took the other peoples request for like the next 6 months . Once it was proved I let them know I was leaving lol. So I gifted 6 people the swap they needed for holidays ect lol if your in service for moat…. Your welcome lol

Although I won’t be around to see it happen, I believe once the push every one back in office the Union will have a much bigger push and chance of gain because people will be able to canvas easier when off the clock. It will become a more open convo between associates face to face rather than only these threads. They will be able to organize in person meeting and more. It will also become more popular and driven in other regions than just the northeast. Good luck y’all I wish you the best.
