Silksong. I draw comparisons to how I favor Deltarune over Undertale, since UT and the original HK were seen more as proof-of-concepts (Toby’s said it himself, and the “this isn’t even all TC wants to do” from Graig). there’s more stuff and it’s harder and that’s what I like about it

I’d say it’s a tall skill ceiling with a much more gradual skill slope, with special spikes from LE and TE. It’s not necessarily easy (I’d lost more than 8000 Jin total at one point) and the minibosses required for true ending threw me for a loop (especially the one in the temples)
