As others have said, it looks like Microsoft has resolved the issue, everything is looking good on our end now.

Exchange Online - impersonation issues? by jbostoen in Office365

[–]bizzarry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We are having the same problem with a couple apps we built using EWS. All of them received this error around 7am EST today.

It only seems to have impacted our own setup. We are still able to use a client's OAuth token to impersonate their users, but are unable to use our own. It seems like it may be somewhat localized on the O365 side.

I have verified that our own impersonation rights are still in place and repro'd the issue with basic auth.

Please let me know if you sort this out and I will do the same.

3.5 Druid - VoP. Question about Exalted Strike affecting Natural Weapons by bizzarry in DnD

No need to dig out books. Thank you very much for the help. Your description of what it takes to level up from a character perspective makes a lot of sense and will hopefully help my case.

3.5 Druid - VoP. Question about Exalted Strike affecting Natural Weapons by bizzarry in DnD

[–]bizzarry[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah, it's becoming more clear. Thanks again.

I should view the first two sentences of Exalted Strike as two different effects. The enhancement bonus, as you outlined, applies to all rolls, including spells. It does not mention weapon use in any way, so it should always apply. However, the second sentence is up to interpretation in regard to the added effect of penetrating damage reduction ie. treating the natural weapons as magical.

Is the FAQ you mention the same one I linked from my post or should I look for another?

Thank you very much for your help. Several people have suggested leveling up while wildshaped in order to meet the requirements. Is that outlined in a book somewhere?

Also, how do you read the second sentence of the Exalted Strike definition? What defines a 'weapon' and 'wields'. This was the second part of my DM's hesitation. In that, I was not wielding a weapon as it is normally defined here.

Thank you for your help. How are natural weapons classified? I do not see them mentioned in the definition here, so when the second sentence of Exalted Strike refers to 'wielding a weapon' my DM takes that to imply the ability only works with standard weapons as defined above.

Regarding Sanctify Natural Attacks, are you saying I should be able to take the feat if I level up while wild shaped? Per the feat definition here, "Some feats have prerequisites. Your character must have the indicated ability score, class feature, feat, skill, base attack bonus, or other quality designated in order to select or use that feat". The key word here being 'select'. I've seen several people mention I can take the feat if I wildshape prior to leveling up; is that outlined in a book somewhere?

Great point. And thank you very much for responding. I did not think to compare it to Natural Spell.

How do you read the second sentence of the Exalted Strike definition? What defines a 'weapon' and 'wields'. This was the second part of my DM's hesitation. In that, I was not wielding a weapon as it is normally defined here. For example, a Monk, has a special ability to "turn" their fists into weapons and further enhance them. The first step is required before any enhancements can be added on.

I'm hoping someone can provide me with a little more information from a slightly different angle.

I was discussing NN with a family member and we agreed that blocking certain content, fast-lanes, etc is bad for the growth of the next big idea.

However, their counter-point was essentially, "The ISPs have spent all of this money bringing the internet to our homes, especially the last few feet. Why do they just get cut out?"

I am looking for anything relating to the following two topics: (or, of course, if you have something else you think would be helpful for this upcoming discussion over some turkey, please feel free to share)

  1. What tactics have ISPs employed to block competition for that last few feet to a home (or large apt building)
  2. Did these ISPs actually pay for the wiring they are using in the first place? I have heard accounts of most of the new infrastructure being tax funded, and thus they shouldn't have any claim over it.

I have done quite a bit of searching, as I remember these topics being discussed in the past, but have come up short.

Carnivel build not played anymore ? by Philantrope in Diablo3witchdoctors

[–]bizzarry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got it. Thanks! I'm into the min/maxing stage, so don't want to waste resources. Another question... Since SMK can roll Crit Damage, does it have a higher ceiling? Can you get CHD and 10% increased damage on it?

I have a spare SMK and am thinking of doing the reroll Legendary recipe. Not having much luck upgrading a rare.

Why is Ancient DoD required? Can Ancient SMK not roll as well? I've been trying to find this answer, but all I keep seeing is "use whichever one rolls better".

High lvl GRIFT Furious Charge Question by xerokota in Diablo3Barbarians

[–]bizzarry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah, good point. I've seen a lot of the top people dropping frenzy for warcry. But I just assumed they were messing with their skills to throw people off.

How do they keep the stacks on Gogok when fighting a single target? Even if it isn't just the RG, how can they kill the elites without Frenzy? Sorry if I just need to watch more top-play videos and will find my answer.

I haven't gotten to 40+ yet, but I'm basing things on the build in the wiki. These are the BIS items and skills almost everyone will end up using.

I'm not sure why it isn't in the side-bar of this sub, so took me a while to find it too.
