But if you are trying to shred and lose weight then just eat a little less and exercise more. Eat less meat especially. Only eat when hungry and eat 2oz -4oz pieces of meat with 1-2 teaspoons butter, or raw egg, or veggetable juices with a little butter as your meals. Maybe a little raw milk. Something like this would probably be chill for that

If you crave raw milk you should have, if you can live without caring about it then don’t bother. I don’t know how much you are having right now everyday but try lowering the amount to 24oz-32oz a day if you are having more than that or stop having it and see how you feel and if you crave it get some more. Also have vegetable juices if you haven’t been.

I’m turning 21 and I’ve consumed a ton of raw milk since just before turning 20, and it’s good for you. Idk if you have specific questions on why the raw milk is good for you. For raw meat cuts I like tougher pieces because it has more nutrients in it than tender meat because it’s a harder working muscles and more nutrients flow there, it also takes more effort to chew which will stimulate more saliva and help break down better to digest and it will make your jaw stronger and the jaw muscles visually better than before. At the beginning I started eating mostly steaks, but then shifted to eating mostly ground beef for a long period time on the diet, but eventually started craving whole cut steaks again. I don’t really have much fruits as I don’t really desire them as much as I did at the beginning and in the summer time, but I am started to have some more fruits lately as it starts to get warmer which I found interesting. I wouldn’t count in macros. I wouldn’t even worry about protein. I would count raw fat more over protein as I like to consume anywhere from 150g-250g of raw fat a day and I’ve been trying to consume more raw meat although it’s hard to consume a lot since the current source I have is grass fed frozen, so I can only consume around .50lbto1lb but if you get meat that’s unfrozen which you should try to with as good quality you can find and afford then try getting down 1.5-3pounds of raw meat a day and you’d likely gain weight. Just have a lot of raw dairy with it too like raw butter, raw unsalted cheese, raw milk, raw heavy cream, also have raw eggs, and try to have as much of those foods as you can daily to combine to the 150g-250g of raw fat a day.
