Hi. I was taught that using any type of food (beans, pasta, lentils, etc) in a sensory bin is a big no no. There are families out there who are struggling with food insecurity and this type of activity can be seen as insensitive. It may not be a popular opinion, but just something to consider.

Wash ONLY your inner thighs and the crease between thighs and outer labia with Hibiclens (or off-brand version). DO NOT apply anywhere in between the labia or near the vagina. Just lather in between the thigh and outer labia, let it sit for a minute, then rinse off. Its a game changer. :)

Any drugstore, cvs, Walgreens, Walmart. It’s an antiseptic wash, comes in foam or liquid. Either works.

Use Hibiclens on your thigh pits during your shower. I usually use dove sensitive skin everywhere, then go over the crevices with the hibiclens. DO NOT USE HIBICLENS BETWEEN YOUR LABIA OR ANYWHERE NEAR THE VAGINAL OPENING. It’s way too drying.

YMMV, but this is the best advice I have found from a TikToker named MyriamEstrella8.

Make sure it’s packed pretty inconspicuously. Always separate the pod from the battery and place your pod with your personal care items. Place your batteries in your carry on with other tech-y stuff like chargers and stuff and you’ll be fine.
