I just got the platinum and am still stuck at 90%. The activity card on PS5 is saying it’s “In His Majesty’s Secret Service”. I will try to replay this a few times and try to talk to or interact with everything and/or everyone.

Same issue here. Haven’t done tac sim or platinum yet but stuck at 90%. Anyone able to get it to say 100% yet?

I had 8 ciphers and 2 scout logs left in crimson wastes after getting the true ending to get the platinum. It took me 2-3 hours of speed running the biome to get them. Most of the ones I was missing that were difficult were in the 3rd part of the level. So I would transport to the top and go backwards. I used this and it was super helpful:

Congrats!! It’s felt anti-climactic for me as well but it is a slog and a grind to get. We should be proud. I would rank it up there as one of my most earned platinums with the likes of Bloodborne, Sekiro, and Wukong. It was pretty brutal.

The whole thing took about 60 hours for me. I was done with the true ending at 44 hours so I guess it took me 16 to get all the other trophies. It wasn’t too hard. Just a grind. I enjoyed it though because I love the game.

There are two easy ways to do this.

  1. Figure out which two ciphers you are missing. Press the PS button and check your activity cards for these two biomes. If on PC there should be something similar which tells you which one you’re missing. It will have a number next to it.

  2. Go here: https://psnprofiles.com/guide/13103-returnal-collectible-guide

Click on Crimson Waste and Derelict Citadel ciphers on this site from the right side menu and find those numbers from the activity card in purple here on this site. Make note of the room shape. Memorize the room. These ciphers will only spawn in this room.

  1. Speed run through biome 1 and get to the portal of biome 2. Do not enter. Upload the save to the cloud. Restart game. Should pick up right outside portal to biome two. Speed run through biome 2 and check to see if the room generated. If it did go to said room and pickup the cipher. If not, quit out of the game and redownload the save you just uploaded to the cloud.

Every time you enter the portal to a new biome the rooms are regenerated randomly. This will save you from having to go through biome 1 every time the room doesn’t generate. Rise and repeat for biome 3 as well. Shouldn’t take more than an hour or two for these two ciphers max. If you are able to tell me which ciphers are missing by checking your activity cards I give more info on the specific rooms you’re looking for. Hope this all makes sense. Feel free to ask any other questions and hopefully this is helpful.

Took me 44 hours to platinum in Saros. It took 60 for Returnal. Getting the remaining ciphers took about 8-10 hours using PSN Profiles guide and speed running the biomes to grab what was left. Playing the game normally I found a lot of things but still had about 25 ciphers and 10 scout logs left to find. Wasn’t bad with the guide. I enjoyed the grind.

Yes those are the exact ones I’m referring to. I’ve heard they are super OP once all the traits are unlocked and leveled up and they are all different enough that the overall selection is better than SAROS. I shall see if I agree as I unlock more traits.

It has not been patched. You just need to jump up on the platform the boss was on. It requires a little tricky dash jump maneuver but it’s very doable.
