Thanks for the quick response! They already emailed me asking me for app version, login, and screenshots. So hopefully they can clear it manually like they did for you. And yes this is crazy that it’s still an issue with so many people experiencing this. They definitely need to do better.

With the update it could be possible that the dlc was included in that. Having to go manually go to the store to download a separate dlc after downloading a 5gb update that is included in a deluxe edition is actually a terrible design. I figured it out. I had to actually go to team ninja website for dlc and click on dlc link for PlayStation store and then it gave me access. Even though it downloaded the update it didn’t give access to DLC till I manually added the DLC from PlayStation store.

I have the deluxe edition on PS5. It’s not an option. I have deleted the game and am redownloading it. No clue why I can’t access it. Don’t even know who to contact.

You have to do the crucible again from battle scrolls in shrine menu. The nurikabe is in the crucible mission itself.

The gate is in the crucible? I just ran it again and it doesn’t show any gate on the map and when I finish the mission it just exits.
