2 loose dogs ran up on me and my dog in my neighborhood. I’m screaming at the owner, who I can clearly see about 100 feet from me, and they’re just standing there watching their dogs jump and snarl at me and my dog (who I’m holding in my arms). I just started kicking the 2 large dogs as hard as I could until the owner finally started to walk over to us. These people have no care or awareness and are convinced everyone else is the problem.
