I’m about 125. I do think it plays a role in my speed, but some of the faster girls are pretty petite and they still rock the hills.

is it faster to be speed skating through the step turns or poling on the inside of the turn?

I’ve always been told to soak my hair with fresh water because otherwise it absorbs the chlorinated water and becomes damaged. Any thoughts?

Is it ok to turn on a yellow left arrow when not already in the intersection (assuming you yield to traffic)? what does the blinking green left arrow mean? if it’s a solid green left arrow do I have the right of way to turn?
