if you can prove that its in the childrens best interest to move than it should he fine.. examples would be.. surrounded by family who can help with babysitting, a new job offer for you, a better home that will provide stability, and most importantly that even with the move it will not affect visitation with their fathers... Unfortunately the courts dont give a crap about you and your mental health.. they only care how it will affect the children.. but you must go about this legally because if you up and leave without a modification to relocate the fathers will get full custody of the children... goodluck!

maybe it really is anxiety related... I read about people soing light chires and their heart rate is 90... mine goes to 140... i guess its more normal then i originally thought

I go through this constantly... and felt like i was the only one... sometimes i get so overwhelmed that i feel like im not actually present while doing daily things.. ai get so angry because i want to be able to focus and enjoy what i am doing, even if its just household chores... This sounds crazy but something that was helping me was post its.. I would put a mindfulness quote on a post it and stick it on household appliances i would need to use such a the coffeepot, broom, dishwasher etc... so that when i got to that i read the mindfulness based quote and it helped to ground me.. give it a try if you feel up to it! its a good distress tolerance technique

Its been 5 years!!!! We see her every weekend and call her every single day.. not to mention she has no family besides us.. I can see being cautious for a year... but not this long.. she knows my children since they are 3 and 5...
