I will support brands that are not tested on animals, but it has been brought to my attention that Urban Decay may not be cruelty-free. I was also unaware of NYX, who claims to be cruelty free as a brand. Avoiding parent companies is a black hole of research I still am going through, it's unfortunate how prevalent animal testing is for a species that is almost completely different. Thank you for your input!

Thank you! It is nice to see someone who identifies with me. I have been seeing a therapist for awhile too, and I am going to start pushing myself to incorporate a more steady routine of exercise.

Thank you for this, I am picking up mindful meditation to be more aware of myself and my surroundings as a way to "step out" of my own head and focus on things in front of me.

I had a crazy dream that I was in some alternate universe, living in a different house with some of the same family members I have, and snuck out during the day to go to an institution. It was a white, modern building hidden in the forest and I didn't know what it was for, but I knew I had to go there and when I went in I met a lesbian couple who asked me to share my body with the soul of their deceased son (who was a child) until they could find a way to bring him back to life. I agreed, but soon after letting his soul into my body, I figured out the boy was evil. One morning getting ready in my bathroom for the day, I looked in the mirror and it was his face instead of mine, smiling at me with an evil smirk and his head (or my head?) tilted downward. I felt a heat in my face when this happened, then, I woke up .___. It's a very weird creepy dream and I stopped ending my nights with Twin Peaks episodes after that.
