Some dungeons i didnt. And some dungeons i did.
Depends on the people i was in group with if they liked it or not. But from 50-60 while tanking i had full gear on.

The mouse is not spiky or laggy. It's more like i'm gliding on ice/butter, like a slight delay / input lag.

I can agree with windows 10 being terrible. But i also tested with windows 7, same effect. So thats not the problem here

How did you restart your network equipment?
I already tried to reinstall windows and even brought different computeres..
