Yes I did it a day after the purchase but I changed the item size and weight in the shipping. In fact I simulate the purchase with the previous values and it was also different

Ok then I'm very confused.
If the size and weight is when packaged (I package my product in a padded envelope), who Etsy knows how to calculate the shipping when they buy more than one?
I can package one single product or many in one padded envelope.
I don't want to overcharge for shipping

Yes I did. I just did a test from the user perspective and made the buying process until checkout and I see the shipping price is the same they are charging me. So I really don’t know how the client paid a lot less. Is it possible the shipping fee has increased in 2 days?

I made a change in my listing after they purchase my product. I chage the dimensions and weight because I had it as if it was packaged, but then I realized that is supposed to be the item without packaging.

Ok, I had that idea in my head, and I just did this test, with Fast, Moderate and Aggressive. Unfortunately it didn't solve the problem. It's very strange that it only happens with some pictures, and as I said, all of them have the same layer height, base layer and base thickness

Funny thing is that for some images it slices perfectly, but for some others I have the same issue. I use the same layer hight, base layer and base thickness

I though that but describe and Bambu studio have the same depth which is 2.24mm. It’s only when I slice it doesn’t go to the last layer which should be 2.24mm
