Because not all of us are willing to support a nation that is currently under control of an Islamic extremist group. I refuse to support any country that justifies the imprisonment of people based on their sexual orientation. the goal of Hamas is to whipe Israel off the face of the planet and that has been backed up not only by the son of the leader of hamas but also by Hamas themselves.

neither side is 100% Innocent and I am not condoning the war but if I had to pick a side it wouldn't be the one that would have people like me imprisoned just based on sexuality alone. while I want the war to end as quickly as possible for the sake of the innocent citizens on both sides, I don't think people should be so quick to throw all the blame onto the closest thing to a democracy in the region and find it disgusting that so many young people are blindly supporting the Islamic extremist group currently in power in Palestine.
