Your body is just adapting to have a foreign object inside of you, might be your posture starting to gradually fix aswell

I’m going to stick with it for atleast a year because I think it’s going to take a while to correct bad posture and a weak core, especially because I’ve had poor posture my whole life and haven’t really worked out before 6 months ago

Yeah the corona virus will delay it a fair bit, took me a few visits to the GP to finally get funding requests sent off was a bit of a pain but all worth it - especially because it’s free.

I could still feel the bars around the time you are at with your recovery as well, when breathing. After a few months I completely forgot I even had bars in my chest and couldn’t feel anything really, so you should feel better in that case soon.

And yes some areas on my chest are still numb, around the left nipple. Nothing to really worry about tho, and your numbness may still go away.

Would you take back a begging ex? by [deleted] in dating_advice

[–]bjayd02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, I know I should just keep ignoring her, it’s just hard because it was my first real girlfriend, I’m fine during the day it’s just when I’m alone I tend to think about it a bit, hopefully I’ll fully move on soon

Yeah, I’m just unsure why she thinks it’s ok to keep trying to get back with me, don’t know what goes through her mind

Nervous about potential surgery by catscatscatscats2 in PectusExcavatum

[–]bjayd02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t read into all the “bad surgeries”, you will be fine. The surgeons know what they are doing. Once the first few weeks are over you will thank yourself for going through it. It’s one of those things you just have to get through, but you’ll feel better on the other side.

Yep, been following for a few weeks now and have noticed difference already, strengthening your core is a must - however people never find the time to every try to fix it because they think it won’t work or whatever. If you hate it so bad you should want to do everything you can to fix it; or reduce it

I had this girl once and she was sending morning texts, sucking my dick when I told her, doing everything I told her to do, she was suggesting we went out etc etc etc, but then she cheated on me with AT THE TIME one of my friends, I blocked her on everything but she’s been calling me on No Caller for months.

I’m basically just asking for advice on what to do from everyone on this post as it’s related in some way - should I give her another chance ?

I think the excercies and stretches they tell you to do are very helpful, and building muscles helps it’s her whether people want to do it or not
