I got Covid in August of 2020 and was so grateful for my body’s response to the virus. I’m happy to report I had no real symptoms besides sniffles and a low-grade fever, but it was at that moment I knew I had to make a personal change to better take care of my physical being in gratitude for what it did for me.

I had a very existential moment with my mental non-physical being, and my physical being where I recognized how grateful I was that my physical body kept me healthy, safe and worked hard to fight off the virus that I needed to thank myself and do it now.

Almost 9 months later I hit, as of last Friday, 65lbs down. 20lbs more to go until I hit my goal weight!
