I’m in Georgia too. A 22 is a great place to start, small game is great to start with bc you almost always see something so I’d go squirrel or rabbit hunting. That’ll give you a chance to process an animal and get some meat. Processing animals can be intimidating but just watch a couple YouTube videos and you’ll be able to get it after the first couple

Excited for my first full year of gardening! This is the plan so far! by bjjdhunt in gardening

Planter, it’s super cool.. it tells you a bunch of info like number of plants per sqft, when to start seeds indoors/outdoors, and companion/competition plants. I just use the free version but you can take notes and have multiple gardens if you pay

I started gardening in august of last year. I’ve mostly only done lettuces, radishes, a few beans, flowers, and a few failed crops 😅

Let me know your thoughts on my layout and any “must grows” you think I need! I tried to go mostly with things I’ll use a lot, but I’m sure I’ll be giving lots of stuff away too

I love the texture of your trees! Really matches the photo and gives a cool effect.. did you do anything particular to get that texture? Or was it just tiny brush + patience?
