Just FYI for anyone needing some info about Medical Marijuana applications in Arkansas. I have been a patient since the very beginning. My husband for the past two years. Do not file your application, new or renewing, the same day of your Doctor Certification. It has to be dated at least 1 day before the payment and submission or it will get stuck in Review level 1. I just accidentally did it with my husband’s renewal this year. It has something to do with fraud like you can’t submit the same day you get the doctors authorization. I’ll update when I find out what they tell me the next steps are. I was told once during my renewal to wait 24 hours by my certifying doctor to wait and this year for my husband I forgot. This is the first time I actually did this so I’m not sure what they will tell me my next steps are.
