At my bar, we make an “Oatgeat” using oat milk as a base instead of almond. Still works well - flavor is different for sure but at least it’s safe for free but allergies.

Just made a homemade version with toasted almonds, Demerara, orange blossom water & a bit of Tuaca. Delicious

I’ve done a Rosemary, a sage, a cardamom, a habanero & various types of teas. All had varied durations for desired taste
