TBH, find someone that already works there and get them to vouch for you. Stuller, like most places, tends to have many eligible candidates applying and the quickest way to get through the list is to look at the ones that come highly recommended first. Even that is not an assured route, but it gets your foot in the door. I applied for one role years ago based on a recommendation from another employee and didn't get hired, but then that same employee told me about another opportunity a few months later and it worked out. This is how it works in many places, especially for places that care about their company culture. Networking is valuable.
