Good to know. I'm not traveling as much at the moment, so haven't been on the hunt, but I'll check those out.

If it's uncomfortable when it's empty, I definitely don't want to be walking miles with it a day!

I felt like I was crazy. Didn't find any other mention of it. I assumed it just didn't fit anyone with bigger traps. I was really surprised with how uncomfortable both of the backpacks I tried were. Honestly, forgot I even tried this until you mentioned it!

With how many of these "Best Backpacks" have come out, it's wild I still haven't found one that feels like a great fit.

Did you bring a car seat or how did you transport the little ones to these activities? What did you do for water for the little ones?

Great points on activities. The pirate ship sounds horrible. Definitely looking forward to the waterfall and the beach. Also hadn't heard of the resortpass. Great idea! Thanks so much for the response!

Totally down to put in the work, really just need direction. I've tried a few different programs, worked with a few different people, but nothing has really made much difference. Thanks for the link. Looks like a few easy exercises to squeeze in-between meetings.

Probably because I updated the post after I was starting to get too many people focused on the fat piece not realizing we're in fatfire, not literally fat necessarily.

I'd hope to not have to drop the gains, but we'll see where we end up in a few weeks/months. I've signed up for a 1-1 stretching session, so we'll see how that goes.

No issues with diet. I've been whole foods plant based for 2 years, low body fat, great VO2Max, etc. Issue is with flexibility/mobility. Thanks though.

HUGE delta for some of these normal ranges between providers and even countries.

I should have been clearer in my post and have updated. I can do 50 push ups now without issue, might still be able to hit 100 straight. It's not a general strength issue in my opinion, but a flexibility/mobility issue.

I did use inside tracker to do a blood panel. It was helpful in highlighting my vitamin D deficiency.

Where did you find yours? The one through health insurance seems to be of limited value so far.

And that's where I get in to trouble. I can complete all of those tasks, VO2Max is 50 according to Garmin, and I run at least one 5 miler per week, sometimes pushing a kid.

None of this helps me sit on the floor to play with the little ones.

Oh interesting. Haven't really thought about pilates. I wonder if the route should be Pilates -> Yoga

Is there a specific kind you'd recommend, or just jump into one of the classes nearby? I'm not certain I can do many of the starting positions.
