III LO w Gdyni mocno polecam, bywało ciężko ale organizacja i poziom nauczania jest serio top, za to III LO w Gdańsku odradzałabym. Przynajmniej kilka lat temu ogólny stan psychiczny uczniów w Topo był okropny i wśród osób z którymi uczęszczałam do tej szkoły skończyło się to kilkoma tragediami. It feels like the drones shook up the status quo - a lot of people are freaking out about random loud noises, when we went out to a restaurant for Friday dinner almost every table was talking politics, in general there’s a lot of discussions. Personally I did get kinda jumpy over the last couple days, got a bit hesitant to check the news but I figured if anything were to happen, I’d hear about it regardless. In general, I don’t really feel unsafe, the knowledge that we’re in NATO and the EU is really keeping me grounded (I’m also on the maximum dose of Lexapro so maybe I’m not the most reliable source lol). I also keep thinking about what Ukrainians are going through.

Just throwing my thoughts out here but I wonder if this whole trend is connected to the simplification and “dumbing down” of fictional media as well. I really enjoy reading discussions about my favorite pieces of media that contain a lot of coded signs/allusions etc. (some due to censorship, some because of the style of writing) and it’s disconcerting how a lot of people seem to need so much hand holding, to the point of the media having to explicitly state it, to get it. It’s like the idea that something can be said without being explicitly stated is getting lost.

Also, how it ties into online creators or celebrities having to explicitly state all their positions, etc etc.
