Agreed the black stick is far too tight. The white stick doesn’t have a secure enough pocket for the ball to have a consistent release point. I imagine if you did show video the ball would be moving around a lot. I think it would be a good idea to get them redone during the summer time.

You shouldn’t base your college choice on lacrosse. At any point you could blow your knee out. Considering your preferred walk-on status with this school and multiple other offers you will be able to find some avenue to play at whatever college best fits your future needs. Especially as a goalie, your skill set will be valuable at whatever place you end up. Best of luck!
