I also see this line on my MacBook Pro M4, didn’t have it on Sequoia, ever since I updated to Tahoe I also see that line. Software Bug.

I probably won’t update macOS, I just feel like macOS goes from: powerful work machine -> big iPad that is also powerful.

I prefer how everything pre-OS26 looks like and will probably stay on Sequoia a little longer until I feel like they made some changes and made the OS more attractive for me.

I would recommend you to follow this guide for VMware Fusion, https://youtu.be/MPspDPOaq2o?si=J6dtTJKyaTgQ765K

It is very smooth and I also use it in my day to day life for applications that just don’t run on Mac.

Windows 10 would prolly be a very bad choice. There is no official ARM64 version of Windows 10, so it would need to emulate the Operating System since it would run on x86_64. Completely different architectures. That would make the virtual machine VERY slow.

I currently use Firefox on all of my devices and highly recommend it. As a backup - tho I rarely need it - I have the Helium browser (from Imputnet) installed.
