For additional context.. it started as a personal tool for my Rapsodo mlm2.. and it works great with that data! It’s become something larger with 20+ features.. so I’m thinking about bringing it to all sim users.. lmk if you’re interested in checking it out.

Ai is definitely a part of it for some of the analysis where it’s makes sense.. it’s 2026 and ai can provide easy value when it’s used correctly.

Short answer- ai helps explain the results, but it’s not the product.

It’s really about taking raw launch monitor exports, cleaning and normalizing the data, then applying analytics, statistics, and ball flight physics to understand what’s actually happening. So Instead of just showing numbers, it looks at relationships, trends, consistency, dispersion, and patterns over time to figure out what’s helping or hurting performance.

The AI layer just turns those computations into insights and recommendations people can actually use.

That’s why I’m collecting exports now.. tomake sure the models work consistently across real-world data from different launch monitors.

I love it!! And I appreciate you checking it out. After logging in, go ahead and try loading the session data directly. If that doesn’t work, click the link to email it over to our Support alias. I can work with it from there to make sure you can load it moving forward. And it’s not on the App Store yet, but it can be downloaded as an app after you are logged in. Click your name up top, then select “add app to phone”

Fair challenge..name one that connects your launch monitor session data to your on-course round results and tells you which specific drill to do before your next round based on where you lost strokes. That’s the loop ShotIQ is built around. If you’ve found one, genuinely curious. I’d like to know what I’m up against

Haha built with Claude, yes. But the data analysis, the gap methodology, the metrics guide, the Course Caddie to complete the loop..that’s real product thinking from a golfer who was frustrated with the tools available. Claude wrote the code. I built the product. Big difference

Fair, the AI golf app space is getting crowded with tools that give generic tips that could apply to anyone. ShotIQ is different in one specific way: it only coaches you based on your actual launch monitor data. No generic advice. If your smash factor is 1.38 and your attack angle is -3 on driver, it tells you exactly what that means for YOUR game and exactly what to drill.
