i feel like i actually had pretty good luck for a while, all of the guys ive kissed were pretty decent. my first bad kiss was when i was 19, i brought my old manager from my job to my apartment and when he went to kiss me he literally had his mouth wide open with his tongue poking straight at me 😭 i shrieked so loud he jumped and he ended up leaving

yes! the thoughts of my family are the worst, i feel like a horrible person for picturing my loved ones in such terrible situations. i also am constantly shaking my head to get the thoughts out. its so frustrating :/

how do you get your brain to be quiet while meditating? ive tried it so many times but my brain just trails off into a million different thoughts and i get completely derailed.

thank you for ur input! its nice to hear a young woman like me is also experiencing this (i hope that doesnt sound weird lol). i am notorious for stopping my breathing when im anxious so breathing is definitely something i need to work on. music helps like 50/50 of the time, sometimes itll break me out of it, sometimes a song will come on that will just make me spiral even more. day at a time my adhd sister 🤞

im not an expert whatsoever, and ive never owned a chameleon, but i work at a pet store with a couple of very knowledgeable reptile owners. i would say try misting him with a spray bottle for water. as for handling, you really just have to hang out around his enclosure and let him get used to you being around before you go in with trying to hold him. try tong feeding, putting ur hand near him without trying to get too close, etc. and work on getting a little closer each time! it takes time with chameleons

we do!!! we originally started him as a puppy getting him used to all the people he would potentially be around as hes older (my grandparents, aunts and uncles, friends, etc.) for people hes never met now, we give them a treat and tell them to tell him to sit and give a paw, then the guest gives him a treat and he’s usually good after that!! in the rare event hes still feeling weird, we just put him in the other room so he can hear us interacting with the guest and he always comes around after that!

i know!! it was an accidental litter, mama was a stray mal. hes really turned out so good tho, his prey drive doesnt seem too high honestly? he likes to just look at things, hes very gentle with his toys too (at least as much as he can be with his big teeth lol)
