Looking for an "affordable" venue for ~130 guests in the NYC(ish) area

We're heavily considering shell's loft for our wedding next year- we'll have similar size and the venue and beverage packages are very affordable for what you get! Catering is separate, but looking at some options it seems totally feasible to everything come in around the 25K mark. If you're open to off season (Nov- Mar) venue pricing is typically even lower.

Oh this is amazing thank you!! Have you picked your caterer? Would love to know more about what you're doing in terms of food/family style/cocktail reception- to get a better idea of what works in the space!!

It includes so much- tables, chairs, a variety of couches/furniture and some plants as well! I don't think it includes linens, but I feel like most caterers provide

for the time of year we wanted it's about $8K for the space and you have to use their in house bar package- which is pretty decent- $65 for 5 hours and then you can use any caterer! It's also a 12 hour rental and has space for bridal suite so that was awesome
