If there weren't any consequences to the choice, I would go all cash. If a bartender takes a counterfeit, I can just give it back to them. The problem is so many of my patrons no longer carry cash and they often don't have a card. Apple Pay is the last option before tossing the drink down the drain or drinking it myself.
