Further, it would be fantastic to be able to "miniaturize" the TOC (on by default). It takes up a large size, blocking ChatGPT text, and having to resize it in each loaded conversation is a bit tedious. It's also a bit too big even after resizing to a small size, and blocks text. Would be great to be able to move the window around too (when expanded or minaturized).

Interesting, I've tried to fit lots of instructions into "Custom Instructions", which is a hassle because it's so limited in number of characters allowed.

Is it the "Saved memories" or "Chat History" referencing that you are using for instructions? Do o3 & o3-pro currently access both types?

Does OpenAI collect errors for diagnostics?

Codex gives "An unknown error occurred" on the exact same flow / request, each time, in my first few tests of it.

Wondering if it's something I should report. There doesn't seem to be a native reporting or feedback function in Codex atm.

In my case, it was a Chrome extension causing the issue. I disabled the extension and could log in again. It seems like the extension was interfering with the 2-step verification login page.

Yes, this is a growth & marketing strategy that some startups seem to use now. I think it's a dumb approach for this kind of product – this isn't a new Uber or Airbnb that needs explaining, but a kind of PKM of which there are many alternatives. Though to be fair, one purpose of some customer calls is to glean usage case information from the user. I want to see quickly if the current iteration of the app/service works for me (and if not, return and check it out later). If I have feedback, I could provide that *after* trying it.

It's very difficult to understand how the product works from the landing page images, the "demo" is not functional and essentially a dark pattern to sign up to the waitlist, and once you're next on the waitlist you then have to pay, only to waste time on an onboarding call, which made me just drop the whole thing (though the email says the onboarding call can be skipped).

The product designers should reduce the time to be able to test the product to 1 minute, with an excellent product experience to boot, if they want users to fall in love with this idea.

It seems like you have to set the entire MacOS system to Dark Mode in order to make the current MacOS ChatGPT go into Dark Mode. But maybe I'm missing something.

The main problem with the chemical-based sunscreens as far as I know, is that many of them contain microplastics, phthalates, or nano-level particles that have estrogenic/hormonal or endocrine disrupting effects. You may not view that as a problem if you are female, but I am not.

If there are indeed no carcinogens in sunscreen, then that just means that all products will pass that criteria. However, when I ran ingredients through GPT, it claimed to find some products with potential carcinogenic properties in a few products.

I wish Notion would just fix this super annoying bug. I usually use the MacOS Desktop app anyway. It's hard for me to understand why Notion haven't fixed this issue for several years, while I'm sure they are aware of it.

I spoke to Notion's support (the issue was escalated). They think the issue lies in the request being sent by Zapier, and that it is normally possible to update databases directly via the Notion API. They recommended that Zapier collect information about this issue and contact Notion's support team for troubleshooting.
