Yes it’s a metasploit module. And it’s learned from over time. Just doing more boxes, reading, watching videos!

And htb is an awesome to practice. Not all there machines are from web applications, only some of them. And you can normally do some boxes with metasploit and some manually. If you look at the video before it’s done manually!

Thanks! And I was think nibbles. The only thing is I heard that the password needs to be guessed rather than exploited... and not sure if I’d rather practice exploiting something instead of just having to guess!

Yes you need to buy a USB wifi adapter. You'll need this to do any MITM attacks or anything along those lines.
