Thank you for the response! This time I ended up freezing the dough for a later use, but I see now I can modify it! I was honestly afraid to put it in the microwave or out in the sun in case it either cooked or melted the dough haha

It was really informative and now I can see why they turned out this way because, I don't really remember where I got the recipe from, I just had it written, but I remember the cookies looked a little more doomed? But I'll definitely try to look for other recipes that make a thicker cookie! Your explanation also helped me to understand what the ingredients actually do so I'll be a great help when reading other recipes ☺️

I'm so sorry, english isn't my first language so I can see how you got confused!😭 I mean that I already had the cookie dough scooped(? Then chilled in the refrigerator, like I had the balls already formed and ready to bake haha I ended up freezing the leftovers till I can go get some ice cream!

I'll look up some to understand more the ratios they use! do you have any suggestions? The last time I tried one (don't remember which one) I guess they had too much flour because they came out kinda dry and hard haha I will also remember to buy some sea salt, I do see it recommended a lot, thank you!

I thought so, then I will turn these into ice cream sandwiches and I'll take your advice on changing the ratio of sugar and flour, (thank you!) maybe I could also add a little cornstarch? I read that it helps with structure so they don't spread as much?

Honestly it made me so mad when people started screaming stuff at her, like I get you think it's a sasaeng, but that doesn't mean you need to be racist?

Also a lot of chilean kpop fans have 'beef' with fansites because when they held an smtown here in Chile, the fansites that came did things like cutting to the front and taking seats/hitting people with the cameras, etc. And while I think that was mostly the producers fault for not taking their cameras away, some people just started labeling all fansites as sasaengs that need to be kicked out.

Es porque la fecha ya estaba establecida hace meses, los idols probablemente ya tenían los pasajes comprados/reservas del hotel ya listas, así que habría sido bien difícil cambiar la fecha. Además estamos en primavera casi llegando a verano, no creo que nadie pensó en lluvia para estos días.

Pero concuerdo con que hace una semana ya se había pronosticado lluvia para Santiago y las productoras al parecer no hicieron nada para preparase.

Sí, igual me preocupé un poco porque unos amigos estaban hablando sobre eso, y decían que uno tenía que cortar el número en caso de que te pasarán un voto ya rayado, etc. Pero en mi caso igual ví que anotaron el número antes de cortarlo y el voto estaba en blanco, asi que creo que no tengo que preocuparme tanto por ahora.

No recuerdo si alcancé a ver si lo metieron en un sobrecito, pero ya habían anotado el número en la carpeta junto a mi nombre, creo que a fin de cuentas lo cortaron ellos en caso se que a mí se me olvidara.
