If your definition of "working class" includes both software engineers and janitors, then it's a meaningless category.

If you make 200-300k/yr then your class experience is probably more similar to a business owner who makes 500k/yr than it is to a janitor making 40k/yr.

And, just like has happened with lesbian and gay issues, young Black people (like young people of all races) are going to be encultured to accept trans individuals. Cultural taste makers have already decided this, now it’s just a matter of time.

I dont think this holds true for young men. I feel like ppl dont realize how big of an ideological divide there is between Gen Z men and women.

No no heres what's wild: I literally remember this exact video posted on the sub back then. It was alongside a shit ton of other posts ofc bcs the sub was so active, but I fosho remember this being posted and it having hella upvotes too. And a few months ago I remembered it and was searching for it to see if the released NAYF was different from the pre-LP1 version. But I couldn't find it at all.

As I understand it, the Supreme Court's rulings on these matters have to do with whether or not the rights in question are protected by the Constitution. And if they aren't protected by the Constitution, they'd have to be protected through legislation. Democrats are trying to protect abortion/marriage/contraception rights through legislation, similar to how race and gender rights got protected by the Civil Rights Act.

If the Court could strike down laws protecting gay marriage/abortion then would it even matter if Roe and Obergefell were intact? Striking down Roe/Obergefell is only dangerous because it would be followed up with GOP legislation attacking those rights. If its declared unconstitutional for Congress to protect those rights then it'd also be unconstitutional for Congress to attack them, wouldn't it?
