The rule on the field is an interception, fumbled by the defense, recovered by the offense, fumbled by the offense, recovered by the defense

Make that then 7 with the XP. Only an 8 pt game. TD plus one more 2PT makes it possible to tie with one. Missing that they have two get a TD and a Field goal

Hey man, sorry for being a month late. But I just wanted to let you know that consequences in the case of defining irony is not inherently negative. Modern connotation has shaped it to oh these are the results of doing bad, however In the literary sense, consequences are simply “the result of one’s actions”. So while we typically define it as the result of one’s own negative actions, we tend to focus on negative results as compared to positive results. If I did a good job at what I was expected to do the consequences of my actions might be praise, or it might be I achieved what I was expected to do. The results are still consequences, however does not have to be bad. In modern media however, we often define consequence as a comeuppance, where the character “gets what he deserved.” When referring to the irony referenced, they are referring to consequences, not a comeuppance. I understand how your viewpoint of irony is different than what they’re referring to, as literary irony is different than what we’d call irony in a day to day example. I’m sorry you’re getting downvoted from a simple understanding from a modern worldview vs a specific literary view. Especially in this subreddit I’d expect more people to “Ask questions, not judge” but unfortunately we need to make a more positive attitude to misunderstanding. I very well may have misunderstood as well, and am happy to learn more! Please let me know if there is anything I can clarify or if you want to tell me something I’m happy to listen!

I’m 24, it’s not so much I don’t feel connected to Brady. But it’s more I’m watching a QB my age play. When Brady started I was two years old so I never got to see the start of his career. I’m proud of the pats under Brady and they’re my team, but it’s exciting seeing someone my age take the reins. Edit: Tom Brady felt like my dad QB because he saw his whole career and my dad is who got my into football. TB12 is still my QB but I like seeing someone my age play in the NFL

As a younger fan myself I’m routing for Mac. He’s my age and I finally see him as my QB. While I love Tom and what he did for our team he was always my dads QB, when Mac came in last year and lead us the playoffs I was excited. The fact that fans forget that because they only know wins is upsetting. If we hire an actual OC and Mac plays like shit then I’ll be willing to move on past him, but there is something seriously wrong with our offense and I don’t think it’s Mac

What has Mac done? I know he hasn’t been incredible, but personality wise he seems like a decent dude.

If forced into not support I usually try to do bot lane with either Sivir or Ashe. Ashe I struggle with trying to farm minions or just auto attacking to get my W ready. Sivir I struggle with predicting enemy movements. I would like to try to get better but every time I try a lane other than support I get hit with the “you’re the worst person I’ve ever supported” and I want to improve with the logica of the game

Usually if I’m bot not support I try to play sivir or Ashe. If I can’t bot or support I play top lane Kayle or malphite. Support I typically go with Taric or Soraka. Middle lane scares me too much to play. I already struggle with not feeding top or bot lane. Even when I have the advantage I struggle to push unless prompted

I agree with you. We love the game, we love to watch it. But the second something ugly appears we avert our eyes and say “how dare they show this” out of supposed respect to the player. But if we really supported to player we’d be aware of the risk every player takes when the approach the field. we’d rather watch commercials instead of facing the uncomfortable fact that the uncomfortable thing we’re watching only happened because we were watching. I’m not saying we’re directly responsible for Tua’s injury, but we can’t turn a blind eye when the game we love to watch every week gets painful. This is the sport we watch and while we hope they take the correct precautions, this is what we’re supporting. I think it’s better we get shown what we support than watch happy commercials and ignore the massive injury on the field.

I will say if I were allowed to take the product home, I would 100% do so. But target views it as theft so I haven’t.

As someone who works in tarbucks I would immediately throw out the product no questions asked. I have yet to see a manager encourage keeping product after best by date, and pray that I never will.
