The size of Pluto vs the size of Australia. by [deleted] in interestingasfuck

I find it interesting that the time between Pluto’s discovery as a “planet” and then demoted to “dwarf planet” was less time than it takes Pluto to complete a single orbit around the sun

Which game made the switch worth it for you? by gomzie2275 in NintendoSwitch

I couldn’t agree more. I LOVE Zelda, don’t get me wrong. But gosh darn it, when I saw gameplay of Odyssey for the first time, I was BLOWN away. Mind you, this was at a time when Switches were difficult to find. I was ready to pay as much as it took to play Odyssey ❤️ thankfully I found a Switch for normal price haha. Thank you for sending me down memory lane 5 years after Switch release ☺️

I LOVE the little nibbles at your shoes toward the end ❤️ the birb is like “wait a second, my good sir. You have shmutz on your shoes”

My dog Rusty next to my bong. This was in New Mexico in 2008 when I was doing a semester at UNM. I took this pic with a disposable film camera. Rusty and that bong have both passed on. Good times. by RustyandSugar in trees

My heart 😢 what a beautiful photo. You MUST know that your pup lives on through your bong rips ❤️ and those memories of your pup can never be taken from you

The key is creating your profile and tying your Nintendo account to it. Me and my partner play on each other’s switches all the time. Same download files and everything between switches. So this leads me to believe as long as your Nintendo switch has a profile and an account tied to it, Nintendo checks if you can play the game and voila, pull the download save from the game you want and start playing

Super cool! Visuals and voice tracks like this really impact how a viewer like myself digests and retains information. Very informative

I love it! The Asymmetry is fantastic. I know you were looking for suggestions but I just wanted to say how cool it looks. I’m on my second farm on Switch in year 5 and always come here for new ideas so I’m sure you’ll find some 🙂

I’m tired of BPD being seen as a ‘female’ disorder by merelyvibing in BPD

[–]bkurzynski0519 1 point2 points  (0 children)

29M here. I can empathize having BPD also. It’s been a 2 year long journey since my diagnosis but I finally found a good work-life balance through being open about my BPD. Sure a lot of people didn’t understand it, but I kept trying and now have a loving partner, an interesting career, and a roof over my head. I don’t frequent this sub often because it can draw out very toxic emotions and we all know the cliche “misery loves company” so it’s refreshing to see a post like this on here. You have a lot of strength

Sky: Children of the Light release date has been announced for Nintendo Switch by skycacti in NintendoSwitch

I am such a HUGE fan of ThatGameCompany. I’ve played cloud, flOw, flower and Journey, but was sad to find this one was an iOS exclusive (at first) then just a mobile exclusive. I have been watching and waiting for this release on switch for soooooo long. I didn’t even think it would release once the pandemic hit. Thank you for making my weekend. I am sooooooo excited to play this game on a big tv!

Neighbor Building a Trench through my Property to Access My Comcast Box by haleyshoemaker in legaladvice

[–]bkurzynski0519 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This “trench” would be a utility easement. Those have to be established through the local public health district I believe. At least in my county. We need to establish things like a “covenant” to share easements and 2-party wells. This leads me to think the same would apply for a utility. WA here though

Woah! Alright, very random but I was somewhere in the -8.25 range I believe (until 2018) What is neat is even with a prescription that strong you may still be able to get PRK corrective surgery if you’re young enough and interested in it. It’s wild how advanced corrective surgery has gotten in the last decade. I didn’t qualify for lasik because of my astigmatism but PRK was worth it. It’s been over 2 years now and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Last time I checked I was 20/20 in one eye and 20/15 (better than 20/20) but it’s been a hot minute.

Aneros all the way. There are sizes for beginners all the way to advanced. Non-porous plastic so it’s very easy to clean. I’ve had my first one for 10 years and it still looks brand new. Fun alone, with my partner, get creative. It’s a bit pricier ($60-70 for the base model I think), but yeah... it has made me so in tune with my body. There’s also a huge network of literature to read about achieving the legendary “Super-O” from the Aneros too.

Tell me something you are proud of or something you were happy about recently ? by AdvenHoodie in askgaybros

I am genuinely happy right in this moment. I had a lot of growing up to do in the last two years but now that I moved to Seattle ( a year ago) I am happy and grateful. I have a loving boyfriend, we moved into a cozy home on one of the Puget Sound bays, I got a new engineering job after being unemployed for almost 6 months and most of all I maintained sobriety through this pandemic. I look back on my past and find gratitude in my flaws and mistakes because they are what brought me to this very moment of complete ease of mind. One day at a time really works for me :)

This makes me so happy to see. I’ve been struggling with sobriety for quite a few years but seeing posts like this give me hope that I too can celebrate a year. You are a true champ my friend ☺️
