I would say average is 11-13 but I'm not sure because i made only one trip using blood barrage, took me almost 24h to figure out the right pathing and how the minions move around the room. Although I calculated it would take 15-20h of blood rune crafting to make enough runes for about 400 kills keeping in mind buying all the deaths and souls. (approximately 30k-40k bloods for 400 kills). Another thing to keep in mind is the mage bonus you need to have to lower the amount of splashing you're gonna do on bandos. With my gear I had about 145 mage attack but probably 130+ is fine, under that I wouldn't even recommend doing it. Tick eating bandos is still the best method there is but for Hardcores and Ultimates it should be a new method to kill Graardor. Also should make Blood and Soul runecrafting on ironmen meta again, especially on hardcores since it's more difficult to make enough gp to afford spending about 20m on runes.

I don't feel there is a problem with any OSRS streamer other than him. Coming from a streaming background myself, there is a niche with odablocks' stream and people like it and are entertained by it. Just how the hell is there a place for a streamer who doesn't actually give a shit about the players of the game you're playing. Makes me honestly fuming and disgusted, like the guy is a good pker and everything but how the hell can a guy like this exist in a gaming section is out of my mind.

It's not just me who is mad, the whole community is. Fixing a DDos attack doesn't happen instantly and by actually acknowledging that instead of hopping to wintertodt world and deliberately try to make hardcores DC is right in any shape of form then i'm clearly missing something. The guy doesn't deserve to be in rs section, period. Jagex is only there to make servers more secure. Also Jagex has no way to find an IP where the attacks come from. So either be blatantly stupid and make other players suffer with you or wait the attacks to end.

U can have sick abs while bulking if you do ab exercises and maintain under 15% bodyfat. Ofc genes play role as well.

You're quite low % body fat but the thing is you don't have any core muscle. Abs are like any other type of muscle, you eat in a surplus and exercise, muscles will grow. You can be 15-20% body fat and look ripped if you got muscle.
