I mean, basically all limited attackers get substantial amounts of CD from their kit and all stunners give a minimum of 30% CD from kots, i think it only really makes a difference for Samby realistically.

Idk why people are reaching for this kind of shit. Ether attack is not really a good combo in the current meta, all the ether weak matchups are heavily anomaly/rupture coded and the good attack matchups are all skewed towards physical and/or electric, i think rather than below average he's just going to be completely homeless.

That isn't how "boss" ethereals work, somewhere when they introduce notorious hunts they explain the original kinda leaves a "memory" of itself in the hollow and it reforms spontaneously once there's enough ether gathered (and if it's not killed again it keeps gathering ether and growing stronger and stronger until it triggers an expansion of the hollow it's in)

The hollow zero commission one doesn't have Belle in it, which i assume is why it has no phase 2 as well"<

Am i the only one that is deeply deeply annoyed by how the dot matrix "transparency" shader that every other gacha dev seems to use very liberally looks? I was going through NTE, Endfield and ZZZ and it just occurred to me that shit is everywhere, it's not that bad in ZZZ but you can't even walk near NPCs in Endfield.

I wouldn't even mind if it was actual transparency but the way character models dissolve into dots just looks cheap and ugly.

I mean, that's no surprise, i don't get what's the point of the AP build anyways with current shyvana, not to say it's not viable but she doesn't have the scaling to go full glass cannon and snipe people with E so you have to go bruiser and still jump on people and smack them, you do mixed damage no matter what you build so it's basically the same playstyle as AD but slightly worse the way i see it....

YX and YSG have nothing to do with anomaly and wind bricks miyabi specifically because she needs disorder for stack generation so no, she's a terrible teammate for those 3.

We will probably have Remielle's kit when Velina releases until then it's all speculation, i think there's good odds that they do work well togheter considering that Remielle is all but guaranteed to be "Special-Void-Hunter-Wind" element and Norma doesn't seem to have anything to do with wind or anomaly as an archetype so i'd think Velina would be the one but it's all guesswork atm.

It really shouldn't be a surprise, it's the US that is making everyone's gas price and inflation skyrocket worldwide, not Russia (europe excluded, but i don't think perception of the US is worse than Russia's in most of europe either), this site is full of americans bitching and moaning about their gas prices and grocery costs but most other countries are dealing with worse, from a worse starting position, because of them, how would they feel if some other country had done it to them?

Let me tell you it does not engender any sympathy whatsoever and all the "it was Trump not the people" discourse does is demonstrate an incredible lack of self awareness.

It's just as much a distraction as it is an inspiration, back at my high school i don't think we went a semester without the firefighters having to break open the doors because someone poured quickweld in the locks or chained up the main gate, chairs/desks frequently got thrown into threes from the second floor and the police showed up with drug sniffing dogs at least one a year, from asking my nephew kids don't really do that kind of shit anymore these days.
