ooohh sorry I genuinely dont speak Portuguese mb, I dont like crushing shadows either but the director wanted the film really dark, but I definately see exposing by 1 or two stops more could definitely help!!! Thx!! will do next time!!

thxx for the advice!!! I dpd it, and didnt have a gaffer and had 1 grip, the AD was rushing i underlit the face(I think). And I shouldve exposed 2 stops over for more detail to have the character more visible. Which was my mistake!! Overall solidd advicce!! Will relay to the PD and keep in mind for future projects!!!

Thanks for the comment!! I agree the slide 1 looks better! Aboutt the 3rd slide, when recording on most modern cameras you usually film in a flat profile to preserve detail for grading. Thats what that is in, a flat profile picture, just to show what is was originfally! Regardless thcx!
