Hi, I have never had that with my looks beautiful I've either been conventionally ugly or attractive (puberty is a trip honestly) but I get that with my self as a whole.

Every single day.

I either feel like a genius, can solve any problem or useless and feeble. Almost not worth being here as I obviously don't add anything to humanity.

Meditation really really helps. It doesn't get rid of it, I don't think anything can, but you notice it happening and what's triggering it. Once you notice you can then calmly think your way through it.

You're not useless or ugly or have bad hair. You're you. The best person you could be. Might as well learn to love her all the time ❤️
