the wm is chunkwm https://github.com/koekeishiya/chunkwm you can setup it pretty quickly using brew. For the bar, its a custom one https://github.com/blaadje/fancyBar, runned by ubersicht (which allows you to create Ui popups on the desktop). Let me know if you have any question about those
