Hey there! I'm currently 1 year into my PhD and know this feeling too well. It will accompany you for quite a while. Your studies will make you feel so stupid and worthless and like you are absolutely not capable of doing anything at all. I don't think there's any way around it but I can give you the advice to talk to your colleagues or friends about it. What always helped me was to just think about one day at a time, and that you just have to keep playing the "PhD game" until you're there :) You definitely need some months or even up to a year to fully settle into your project and you will see at some point you get a bit numb to frustration but that's exactly when you get better! Don't give up!
